Warranty & Returns

Our sit and stand desks solid wood desktops surfaces come with a 1-year warranty that covers major cracks or split plank joints that impedes the structural integrity of the desk. As these are a wood product, normal characteristics is expected such as normal wear and tear throughout the lifespan of the wood. Our policy is not applicable to color changes over time due to environmental conditions such as sunlight exposure and temperatures. Additionally, light defects and or scratches during general desk use is common and not covered in our warranty. Different wood tones as shown on our website or marketing content may differ from the actual wood tops ordered.

Our warranty does not include the follow:

1. Not adhering to instructions manual in regards to proper assembly.

2. Exceeding the maximum load capacity of 300 lbs and not allowing at least 2″ on both sides on the frame edges during installation.

3. Damages caused by improper installations, assembly & disassembly and operations.

4. Damages caused by unauthorized servicing, modifications and or tampering with the desks.

Frame One & Frame Two

Our Frame One desk frames are applicable to a 15-year warranty for the steel structure. All electrical, motorized and mechanical components have a 5-year warranty. 

Our warranty does not include the follow:

1. Not adhering to instructions manual in regards for proper assembly and or troubleshooting.

2. Exceeding the maximum load capacity of 300 lbs for Frame One.

3. Exceeding the maximum load capacity of 600 lbs for Frame Two.

4. Damages caused by improper installations, assembly & disassembly and operations.

6. Damages caused by unauthorized serving, modifications and or tampering with the frame.

All warranties are only applicable to new items that are sold.

Return Policies

We offer a 15-day money back guarantee after purchase date. If major defects or damages are not reported within 5 days of delivery, the defects and discrepancies will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Our return terms and conditions:

1. All return requested must be emailed to hello@fortisconcepts.com and are generally processed between 5-10 business days upon approval.

2. Items must be properly documented with photos clearly indicating the damages and or defects. Originals packaging or equivalent must be used or restocking fees will be issued. Shipping instructions will then be issued once approved.

3. A 25% restocking fee will be issued if there is missing components or improper packing used. If the returned product shows any sign of usage and ware, fees will also be applied.
